KIT Chal Jaio - Manchelopis
The Jaio shawl is a knitting pattern designed to be enjoyed from the very first moment, both for its construction and for the sensory experience of the fabric. A design that starts from the center and grows organically, allowing the lace to bloom row by row.
Jaio means "to be born" in Basque and evokes the stems and flowers that sprout from the origin of the shawl, progressively extending throughout the garment until completion. It is a design that invites you to knit calmly, observing how the shape and motif develop naturally.
The shawl is constructed from a small lace center and advances through increases that create a clean and symmetrical triangular shape. The entire outline is framed by a continuous i-cord border that provides structure and a neat finish.
