If you enter into the contract as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly instructed us otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of their return.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

The consumer shall only be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
