Descripción

PATTERN – Ulalaca Vest (ENGLISH VERSION)

Ulalaca is a vest with two different length options – short or tunic in relaxed sizing. Knitting top down, begin from each front shoulder and form the V neck line of the collar with i-cord edge while knitting fisherman’s rib cables on the sleeve side, and join the left and right pieces. The back body is knitted in the same way, and the front and back bodies are connected. For short vests, knit ribs for specified length, finish with the stockinette stitch and curl. The sleeve openings are picked up from the armholes and work in the same way.

In the tunic length, the front and back body parts are connected and ribbed (fisherman’s rib), then divided again at the front and back and knitted for different hem lengths. The edges of the side slits are also picked up and knitted in the same way as the sleeve openings. The rib knitting (fisherman’s rib) used in this pattern is producing soft and bouncy texture, which is the unique feature of the design.
