Description
This is our blue cheese. Creamy but strong at the same time. Made with double yarn, without any twist, it is really soft to the touch and requires some knowledge to knit it carefully.
The blue color has been given before spinning, directly to the wool washed without spun, thus achieving a uniform and super aesthetic color.
This manchelopi has been made with wool from the two Castiles. On the one hand, the Castellana wool, an original breed from Castilla y León and which comes from the Spanish merino; on the other hand, the Manchega sheep, the queen of Manchego cheese, a wool with a soft appearance and whose sweetness is reminiscent of merino.
Given its 100% natural origin and outside of aggressive treatments during washing, you will see a small pieces of vegetable that comes from the Castilian fields.
This quality will give you fluffiness and creaminess but with the intense touch of blue cheese.
